DISCLAIMER

1. CONTENT OF THE ONLINE OFFER

The operator accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the up-to-dateness, correctness, completeness or quality of the information made available in the online offer. Liability claims against the operator, relating to material or non-material damages, arising either from the use or non-use of the presented information or, respectively, from the use of inaccurate or incomplete information, shall be expressly excluded unless this is proven to be the result of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the operator.

All offers are non-binding and without obligation. The operator reserves the express right to make changes, add to or delete individual pages or the entire online presence without giving prior notice, or to stop the offer for a specified period or also definitively.

_

2. REFERENCES AND LINKS

In instances of direct or indirect references to other web pages (“links”) which are outside the area of responsibility of the operator, a liability obligation would come into force only in the event that the operator had been aware of the contents and information on the respective pages and it would have been technically possible and also reasonable for the operator to stop usage, in the case of illegal contents.

The operator therefore expressly declares that, at the time the links were inserted, the respective pages were free of illegal contents. The operator also has no influence on the current or future design, or on the contents, or on the authorship of the linked pages. He therefore expressly disassociates himself from any contents of all linked website pages that were changed since the links were inserted. This applies to all the links and references contained within the operator’s own Internet presence, as well as to all entries by third persons in guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists set up by the operator.

The provider of the website page to which reference was made, not the party simply referring to the respective publication by means of a link, shall alone be liable for illegal, erroneous or incomplete contents and particularly for those damages that may result from the utilization or non-utilization of such information.

_

3. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK LAW

The publisher endeavors to observe the copyrights of the graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts used in all publications, to use self-created graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts or to revert to license-free graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts.

All the brand names and trademarks named in the online offer and, where applicable, those protected by third persons, are subject without restriction to the legal provisions of the trademark law currently in force and the rights of ownership of the respective registered owners. It cannot be assumed that trademarks are not protected by the rights of third parties simply because this is not explicitly stated!

The copyright for published items which are the operator’s own original work remains solely with the operator of the pages. Any duplication or use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the operator’s express agreement.
